This unique service provides an independent audit of the actual parameters (time, temperature, and pressure and steam quality) achieved in steam autoclaves during all phases of the sterilization cycle. An Autoclave Performance Analysis is performed for:

Diagnosis

Determine actual operation parameters and aid in determining problem causes.

Recommissioning

Confirmation that units are performing properly when recommissioned after a major service interruption.

Annual performance monitoring

Verification that unit continues to accurately reflect actual parameters and conditions.

InSet™ System

A compact sensor system that determines conditions within an instrument set during the autoclave cycle. Used to verify that an SAL of 10-6 is achieved at the highest challenge point of complex sets, and also to confirm that conditions of manufacturer's sterilization instructions are achieved.
